How we use service-request information
Effective date: September 1, 2026
What we collect
When you submit a service request, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, property location, and job details. We also receive basic technical information such as the page you submitted from and your referral source.
Why we use it
We use your information to review and follow up about the request. Jacksonville Tree Removal is a request resource, not the provider performing tree work. We will not share your information with a provider without telling you first.
Service providers and processing
Website forms are processed through Web3Forms. We do not sell personal information or share your request for unrelated marketing.
Optional website measurement
If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits, telephone-link clicks and form requests accepted by our submission service. We do not send your name, contact details, property address or message as analytics event data. Our code removes page query strings and limits referral information. Google processes technical usage data and uses analytics cookies after permission. Declining does not affect the form or phone links. You can change your choice using Analytics choices at the bottom of a page. Browser blocking and declined permission mean the reports do not count every visitor. A phone click is not proof of a completed call.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a form and call instead. You can ask us to correct or delete information you submitted by calling (910) 601-5667.
Before relaunch
This policy is a plain-language operating draft and must be reviewed against the final business entity, provider arrangement, and data-retention process before public relaunch.
